2. Operation rules
1. Turn on 220V power supply and gas source (pressure not less than 0.4Mpa), power indicator light on. The speed of this machine turntable is adjusted by inverter, turn on the inverter start switch, press the (RUN) button on the inverter, then rotate the inverter knob to control the speed. Turn on the main switch of air source, check whether the heating, sealing, tail cutting and ejecting cylinders are working normally.
2、Trial sealing of hose adopts different molds to match due to different specifications of hose. After installing the complete die holder, adjust the height to make the nozzle reach the sealing height. Turn on the heating switch and set the internal heating and external heating temperature. After turning on the power, the ammeter will indicate that the temperature should be gradually increased to reach the ideal sealing temperature. Three filling and sealing machine maintenance
1 cam indexing mechanism in normal operation, the exhaust port should be loosened. The indexer lubricant adopts heavy-duty gear oil or other circulating oil of the same quality, which can be replenished or replaced regularly according to the actual situation.
2The filling and sealing machine should be cleaned and kept clean and fluent. The valve can be opened and closed freely to prevent foreign matter sand and other hard objects from being brought into the system and damaging the cylinder body.
3 Each filling and sealing machine transmission parts should be regularly filled with lubricant to maintain good lubrication to extend the service life of the machine.
4 Clamp should close the air source valve when opening. Do not cut off the air when clamping, so as not to damage the ejector rod.
