Here is an English version of the various sealing methods for filling and sealing machines:
The sealing methods for filling and sealing machines mainly include the following:
Heat Sealing:
This is one of the most common sealing methods. Heat sealing is typically divided into internal heating and external heating.
Internal Heating: The inside of the tube is heated to melt and seal the material at the tube's opening. This method requires ensuring that the material inside the tube does not deteriorate or damage due to the heat.
External Heating: A heating plate or heating rod is used to heat the outside of the tube, melting and sealing the material at the tube's opening. This method is suitable for various types of tubes and is usually more efficient.
Ultrasonic Sealing:
High-frequency ultrasonic energy is used to generate high-frequency vibrations at the sealing point of the tube, melting and sealing the material instantly.
Ultrasonic sealing offers advantages such as fast speed, high efficiency, and good sealing quality, and is suitable for various types of tube materials.
Hot Melt Sealing:
Similar to heat sealing, hot melt sealing focuses on melting the material using hot melt techniques for sealing.
Hot melt sealing typically requires special hot melt equipment and precise control of heating temperature and time to ensure the firmness and sealing quality of the seal.
Cold Press Sealing:
A cold pressing mechanical device is used to apply a certain amount of pressure and temperature (although the temperature is relatively low, it still requires sufficient heat to soften the material) at the sealing point of the tube to seal the material under pressure.
Cold press sealing is suitable for temperature-sensitive materials as it can reduce material deterioration or damage due to high temperatures.
High-Frequency Induction Sealing:
Utilizing the principle of high-frequency electromagnetic induction, a high-frequency electromagnetic field is generated at the sealing point of the tube, rapidly heating and sealing the material under the influence of the electromagnetic field.
This method is typically used for sealing metal or metal composite tubes, offering advantages such as fast speed and firm sealing.
Different sealing methods are suitable for different types of tube materials and products. Therefore, when selecting a filling and sealing machine, it is necessary to choose the appropriate sealing method based on actual production needs.
